Smart Shopline Commercial Doors and Screens are a proven system designed to meet the demands of architects, local authorities, and property managers for any commercial project. Our commercial aluminium systems include Smart Shopline, Commercial Bifolds & Doors, SC Frame Curtain Wall or Screens, and shop fronts.
Smart Systems are designed to meet more heavy-duty demands but are often used to create architectural solutions for residential projects. Designed for the UK climate, fixings are manufactured from corrosion-resistant material to provide protection from both atmospheric and electrolytic degradation. The system offers drainage trays, ensuring the screen’s performance in all weathers.
Commercial doors made from Smart Systems are built for made for heavy use, with applications in high-traffic areas. They are engineered to last and are finished in a way that keeps them working and looking great through even the most persistent use.
Each of the various commercial systems works really well together. Window, curtain wall, and screen systems include profiles that accommodate a range of doors. We fit commercial-grade hardware that comes with high-security locks. We also have an array of thresholds, including ramp details that meet DDA requirements.
Smart Shopline is robust and durable in high-traffic areas but has slim sightlines of just 50mm. It’s used in ground floor situations such as shop windows, shop fronts, and retail windows for display.
All of our aluminium systems can be finished in over 200+ RAL colours, compliant with Qualcoat standards.
This is a system that meets the more demanding requirements of architects and local authorities, for example. It can be integrated with heavy-duty doors and a range of screens and glazing systems.
Commercial Bifolds - Visofold 4000
Visofold 4000 is a unique slide and fold aluminium system. The doors have an externally curved shape with internal beading and sit in a rebated frame. The bottom wheels and top glider are concealed inside a floating mullion, and the door leaves are joined by a special hinge.
They are used commercially in bars or restaurants, creating a screen that allows in as much light as possible. When the weather turns, they easily glide to close spaces and protect from the elements. In warmer weather, you can open an entire wall. Visofold gives you a choice of opening configurations that will suit all applications.

Smart SC Wall & SC Frame
Smart SC Wall is a screen system for all types of ground floor applications. It is an ideal option when enhanced thermal performance is a key requirement, often used in schools, colleges, and other educational buildings, for example.
The SC-Frame is also used for low to medium-rise facades, like larger shop fronts or showrooms. In these cases, the ease with which the large panes of glass can be installed is a prerequisite. The framework comes ready made from our factory and allows more rapid construction on site with fewer loose components.
Importantly, these durable and robust screens by Smart also include a polyamide thermal break. Their improved thermal performance ensures compliance with Document L of Building Regulations.
